Coronado High School has opened its doors to Bieber Fever.

     On February 11^th, movie theatres in Lubbock were filled with teens waiting in the long line to see Justin Bieber’s movie, “Never Say Never.”

     Although there were not many boys at the theatres, some of them actually like Justin Bieber and some of his music.

     “I saw him on Chelsea Lately one night. He was a cool, relaxed, laid back type of guy, and that’s why I like him,” said Brennon Smith, a basketball player. “He looks like my good friend Tyler Thorne.”

     Some guys say that they wouldn’t listen to Justin Bieber music if he was the last singer on earth, but others are crazy over his music.

     “I like his song, Baby, and I like how he’s a part of the NBA and stuff,” said Chris Albarran, also a basketball player.

     The majority of people at the theatres were girls because his fan base ranges from 9- to 20-year-old girls.

     “I like his hair and I would probably date him, he’s cute, I like some of his music but I think he sounds like a girl,” freshman Kaci Greer said.

     Bieber has a distinct voice which music professionals describe as “high pitched and always on key.”
